This was my first time eating at KFC Richmond and I was extremely disappointed due to the lack of respect required within the presence of an elder. I had originally asked for a boxed meal and two Pepsi freezes but then wanted that removed from my order but the server stared at me dumbfounded stuttered , "Well, I already put the order in...,', She continued to stare at me and called in her manager to give me a refund. She only refunded the two dollars I had payed for the freezes and went away in a rush.
I was waiting at the counter when the cashier asked me in a rude manner, "Why are you still here?" I had explained to her that she had not refunded the thirteen dollars that she owed me after refunding my boxed meal. She then proceeded to tell me that she had given me the correct amount of change however, brought out her manager again after I had protested a few times about the money she owed me. Her manager tried to persistently explain to me, without referring to the receipts, that she had given me the right amount of change. I was extremely disgusted by their lack of manners toward me.
They eventually checked my receipts and realised they had, in fact, owed me thirteen dollars, and gave me back my money. However, they had done after so much insisting, and in such an ill-mannered way. Later on, I came back to reorder and did not receive the change they owed me once again. I am thoroughly disgusted by their absence of customer service. KFC should employ people who can actually do their job, and math. Honestly, millennials these days should go back to calculus class in stead of trying to earn money through what they call...

KFC landed in Australia in 1968 with our first restaurant in Guildford, Sydney NSW. That was a time when long hair, flower crowns and lava lamps were still totally groovy, dude. Today we serve over 2 million customers a week across 650+ restaurants. And even after all these years, the original secret remains under lock and key in our headquarters in Kentucky, USA. And no, we'll never tell. Nice try.
History It all began with the man, the myth, the legend himself. In 1930, in a humble service station in Corbin, Kentucky, 40-year-old Harland Sanders began feeding hungry travellers. Sanders spent the next nine years (now that's dedication) perfecting his secret blend of 11 herbs and spices, as well as the basic cooking technique we still use today. There are now over 20,000 KFC outlets in more than 125 countries and territories around the world. Not bad, eh?
Always nice to get your favourites when you've just done that...
Read moreThe food here is usually pretty good. They seem to get the order right 99% of the time. Always young kids working there and seem friendly and nice. Most of them. A few times, a couple of girls will give me a bit of a stare and some attitude. If i ask for sauce with my nuggets, I could do without that, but apart from that. I'm glad this is my local one. There's some bad ones out there, and so far, this one doesn't disappoint. Thanks guys, keep up the good work. I will say this though.... I do not like that they have taken down the entire menu from the counter If you want to pay in cash at the counter theres no venue to look, and if you order on their screens there's no option to pay cash. Very silly, they should have an option to pay at counter and take your receipt over there. I've had to assist multiful people on multipul occasions that have no idea what is going on. You have to scroll through everything on computerised screens at the back of the store. The atmosphere is a bit dull in there, never usually too many people eating in there but always people in...
