I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at The reject shop Mount Druitt on Monday 21stJuly. I was treated with disrespect and publicly humiliated by a female staff member named Lisa.
When I approached the checkout to pay for my item, Lisa inexplicably directed the customer behind me to go first, stating this twice directly to me. Fortunately, the gentleman behind me courteously intervened and confirmed that I was, in fact,first in line, which was quite obvious. The security guard present also witnessed the entire event and appeared equally baffled by her behavior. The customer behind me even approached me afterwards to offer a kind word before he left.
Following this unpleasant experience, I made an official complaint to centre management. Subsequently, I spoke with the store manager, who, instead of offering an apology, provided excuses for his staff member's actions. This attitude is simply unacceptable.
No customer should have to endure such rude and disrespectful behavior, especially within a customer service...
Read moreI was in this store on 3rd October and noted that Macademia shortbread code 9330141003075 was marked $2.00 on the shelf, but rang as $2.90 when I went to the till to pay and that is what the teller expected me to pay. 90c is not a large amount of money but the Law says the price advertised or marked, must be charged. I decided not to call a manager but other customers were also saying that they have had the same issue with other goods, so obviously there are other items that don't match the price at the tills. It is the responsibility of head office to ensure that their stores are audited and complaint, but when I contacted them and they suggested I go and discuss with a team member for a refund. I am not interested in a 90c refund but I this is obviously happening with other items and this issue needs to be addressed so the customers are not...

My partner and I were shopping at mt Druitt store when we overheard a staff member talking to customer in the next aisle. This staff member was just plain rude with an attitude as he explained where an item was on the shelf. The staff member also swore under his breath as he walked away from the customer. My partner walked over to the customer and asked if she was okay , she also stated that he was quite rude and seemed pretty upset.
We went up to the cash register and asked for the manager, the worker then pointed over the other side of the store and explained that the rude person was the manager.
