Oporto - Mt Druitt — Restaurant in Sydney

I had been avoiding this place for months on end due to the outstanding bad reviews which seems like it’s not the fault of the store mostly from the Uber eats side and apps. With that being said I was hungry and committed to boycotting other fast food restaurants so I decided to leave my fears at the door an d proceed to try Oporto. Firstly I’d like to say everything about the staff being arrogant and complacent was in fact not true , I was greeted by a tall young man who was very well mannered and catered to my speech impediments he helped me through the menu and assisted me getting the best order of Oportos I’ve ever had. I was also pleasantly surprised with the food quality as the chips were fresh and the burger was absolutely amazing the added lemon and herb sauce was amazing thanks to the young man who served me who honestly with the service provided needs a promotion or to be rewarded for his efforts. This was consistent with all other orders as I asked around for people’s thoughts.

Google says they close at 6. At 4.45 decided to go turns out It closes at 5. Food was below average Chicken was burnt Fries had no salt had to return to get it Burger had chili on one side only ( team member gave free chili to correct the issue) Ordered chocolate mousse Received no spoon when asked was told we don't have go to McDonald's When enquired why selling dessert with no spoons team member and manager were not pleasant and was told dont be rude i told you to go McDonald's to solve your problem. At the end we were given knifes and forks to eat our chocolate mousse. We ordered for dinner online and they were supposed to close at 5pm. We waited around 40mins, 1 driver decided to ditch the order for something else as he was waiting too long for the order to come, and the 2nd was also waiting too long. Then came the store cancelling, claims they out of some products, my assumption is they were not bothered to cook my order. It’s a shame because my family wanted to try out this place.
