Mad Mex Mt Druitt — Restaurant in Sydney

Mad Mex Mount Druitt has consistently been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a restaurant. Every time we order, they always forget the salsa and sauces—without fail. Recently, we ordered corn chips and salsa, and guess what? We only received the chips. What exactly are we supposed to do with just chips? When we called to ask about it, no one even bothered to answer the phone. Absolutely pathetic customer service. To top it off, we had to pay an extra $10 and wait another 50 minutes for salsa to be sent from Blacktown. How is this acceptable? This place is clearly only interested in taking your money and offering the bare minimum in return. And if you think going into the store is any better, think again. The manager is incredibly rude and has no problem giving you attitude. When you try to explain your order or ask for something specific, he talks down to you and doesn't listen. It’s honestly a joke. They clearly don’t care about their customers. Let’s not even get started on the stingy portion sizes. They give you less than half a cup of sauce, like they're doing you a favor. This isn’t a one-off issue. It happens every single time we order. I would honestly recommend avoiding this place altogether. They should consider closing down if they can’t even get basic service...

Was a massive disappointment from the start with there customer service , I was waiting there for 5 mins while the stuff were talking with each other then one of the girl stuff looked back and said are you ready to order like I was ready to order a long time ago but she would look at me but not service me , past that then when preparing the food no care or respect for the food was miss done and then got a respond back from one a the girl stuff saying F off if you don’t like the food will be taking...

Ordered 4 of the $3 Taco's had no meat whoever on it all I can taste was the salad hardly any lettuce and cheese as well was horrible. Spoke to one of the workers and she tells me yeah it's only $3 that's all you get. Doesn't matter whether I paid $3 or $10 you give someone a taco that's loaded with a reasonable amount of ingredients inside.
