I hate to give a bad review to local businesses, but honestly this shop doesn't deserve anything better than this.when i visited their shop i had some doubts when i saw how empty the shop was. I ordered 3 kilos of meat, but the butcher put more on the scale, I didn't mind, i ended up taking 4 kilos. When i went home i found out that the meat was smelly and discoloured like it's off!!(walahi worst quality i ever came across) I contacted them following day, they were closed for the P.H , i contacted them next day they were closed for bad weather, the following day i went there with the meat to give them a chance to explain what happened before i submit this review. The butcher was rude saying that I did not sell this meat to you myself, I'd have to check with the other butcher and get back to you, he took my mobile number, and took the 4 kilos of meat and never contacted me back! Not to mention that they prices are around %25 more than other halal butcher, i paid $20 a kilo for mince and I didn't comment as I wanted to support the small business, but i soon realised they didn't deserve that. My husband went in there last week to pick up 2kg (2 bags) of oxtail for me, biggest regret and I have never made a Google review before, this is my first time but this one had to be made as I am far beyond upset!

I don’t mind it being frozen but it does cost a lot more when weighing for the price but this isn’t the problem. I noticed from the packaging it didn’t look right to me but I went ahead and defrost the oxtail and to my surprise the next day I noticed they had put one bag worth of FAT and worst part of it all is, it wasn’t oxtail fat it was from another meat fat as I know my oxtail very well!

Very disappointing at a time of inflation to rip customers off like this, it’s unethical especially for a halal butcher! Never will I ever shop here ever again! I use to love shopping here and buying their cheese sausages but I guess it might be new owners now. Be careful when purchasing your meat here, come and view it...
