First time ordering from this place, thought i'd give it a go. Ordered the standard Niu Rou Mian (Beef Noodle Soup). Decent portion, gave 3-4 big pieces of very tender delicious beef that melts in your mouth, the texture of the noodles were good. The soup was the most outstanding thing that can be improved. The taste of the soup wasn't as authentic as the ones you would have in Taiwan, since this shop was marketing themselves as Taiwanese beef noodle soup. Had this Taiwan beef noodle and it was surprisingly really nice! The beef and tender are so soft.No joke, insanely good!Also, the soup was super tasty. It has a bit of herbal taste that made the soup taste even better! We also had some of the side dishes (pork belly, tofu and seaweed with picked bamboo). The owner is really friendly, she gave us extra chilli paste when she overheard my bf said he loves spicy.Never expected I would get this kind of service in food court.Nothing better than a hot bowl of beef noodle soup! I ordered delivery on ubereat today. Because I’ve been here before so I know that portion for veg & pickled mustard is not enough for me. So I also did add on of $2each for both. However, the portion is pathetic. The veg is even less than the times I dine in before. My pickled mustard looks like standard amount. Flavor also changed a lot.
