Waren in de buurt en sprongen binnen voor de wijnpromotie 2+1 gratis dit met de superpluskaart van Delhaize. Hadden 18 flessen gekocht en checken ons aankoopbon blijkt dat de promotieer niet afgegaan is. Wij naar het onthaal om onze promotie te claimen . Daar beginscherm medewerkster (dame met Oost Europees accent) ons een ganse uitleg te doen die geen steek houd ( iets van activeren app en account ) dit terwijl we al jaren klant zijn bij Delhaize en we wel degelijk een geactiveerde kaart ( met geldig account) hebben ( want de kaart en punten stonden ook op ticket ) . Om een verhaal kort te maken daar de dame van niets wou weten en toch zo zelfzeker was en wij de schuldigen waren hebben we gewoon als ons flessen terug gegeven en ons geld terug gevraagd. Er werd als jarenlange trouwe klant van Delhaize ook geen oplossing gezocht . Zijn we gewoon naar de Delhaize bij ons in de buurt geweest waar bleek dat onze kaart wel en account wel degelijk geactiveerd was en we van de promoties hebben...
