This place is really good. They have dry aged beef, and their own preparations (Peter's Fabrik) are especially noteworthy. Some things are a bit more industrial, but still very tasty like the chicken tikka masala (same as from the Keurslager/Boucherie d'Elite). Try their pastrami -- really tasty when you heat it up on a grill and pop it into a toasted bagel. Delicious. Very professional and helpful staff, excellent quality products. If I want to cook something really nice I source the meat from them but the great choice of ready meals is also very handy if we need to grab something quickly. They pay particular attention on local sourcing and waste reduction and are active in the life of the local community what I find exemplary... Happy 20th anniversary for them...
