Ninki — Restaurant in Auderghem - Oudergem

Was really bad heres why:

-Saw a rat where I sat (terrace) -They seem to store food outside somewhere, I saw staff going and bringing stuff inside: thats why theres a rat -food was genuinely not good Sashimi was cut super thick like steak. Tasted bad too. Texture was not nice or what you would expect from salmon sashimi. -Noodles were undercooked, bland and generally tasted weird and just not tasty at all. -they used chicken tenders (clearly frozen) in a noodle dish….strange eyelash found on plate… might be mine, but then again, there was a rat so you decide. -No problems with the staff but I gave service 1 star because I don’t want people to waste their money at this restaurant. -Front of the building looks a bit run down but the inside is okay.

Very good idea of a possibility to order ramen AND sushi at the same time, BUT: quality of sushi not 100% satisfactory – very thin layer of salmon, plus a rather thick salmon bone in such a thin layer. Duck ramen had (to me) a very steady chinese zest, which is not bad, I like chinese food, but the place positions itself as more japanese, if I am not mistaken? The taste of everything was quite good, but I had an impression that the quality of sushi + my initial idea of the ramen did not completely meet my expectations. Delivery person very nice (ordered via Ubereats), but I cannot say that I plan to order from them that often. Though I would certainly not call them...

An absolute horror! This so-called “restaurant” should be shut down by the health authorities. The sushi was disgusting, the fish literally smelled like garbage, and the rice was sticking together like papier-mâché. You have to wonder if they even know what sushi is or if they’re just improvising in their filthy kitchen. The service was just like the food: slow, rude, and totally incompetent. I nearly threw up on my way out, and honestly, I wonder how anyone dares to step foot in this dump. A complete scam, pure daylight robbery, and an insult to Japanese cuisine. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to pay a fortune...
