Title: The Path to True Fitness with Xavier - Reformed Fitness
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My experience with Reformed Fitness and, specifically, with my trainer Xavier, has been nothing short of transformational. Having spent many years being a multisport high school and college athlete, I never thought I'd experience such renewed motivation and passion towards my fitness journey again. But, here I am, 10 months later, stronger, more focused, and fully engaged.
Xavier's incredible ability to train virtually defied my initial skepticism. He's adapted the world of fitness to this digital age with such finesse and mastery that one would forget they are training from the comfort of their own home. Despite the physical distance, Xavier's thoroughness, consistency, and professionalism mirror the quality of an in-person trainer. I am continually impressed by his ability to keep the workouts interesting and challenging, eradicating the sporadic and often mundane routines I used to follow.
What sets Xavier apart is not just his expertise, but also his personality. His encouraging and cheerful demeanor brightens up every early morning workout, turning it into a joyous routine I look forward to each day.
I am forever grateful to my colleague who recommended Reformed Fitness to me. I've not just returned to fitness, but I've reformed my approach to it. I've run, but sporadically; I've trained, but with fleeting motivation. With Xavier's guidance, I've achieved a level of strength and dedication I never thought possible in my post-athlete years.
If you're looking for a quality fitness program with outstanding virtual training, Reformed Fitness, particularly Xavier, is the answer. From dedicated athletes to fitness novices, Xavier has the talent and passion to transform your fitness journey. Prepare to be amazed at how strong and dedicated you...
Read moreI've been working with Logan Herlihy for well over a year twice a week. He provides me dynamic and intense 30 minute workouts that meet me where I am and adjust as I need. He also provides me advice on diet and other behaviors that can improve my overall health.
I've had people ask me: Why do you have a trainer? Couldn't you just do it yourself?
To answer them, I typically say: I have done all kinds of workouts over the years with videos, books, or even with friends. None of them have been as efficient and tailored to my specific needs as my workouts with Logan have been. I have had more improvement in 30 minutes twice a week than I used to have hitting the gym 3 to 5 days a week. I can also identify any pain, form related issues, or anything else that is going on and have Logan adjust my workout or give me feedback on the fly. Nothing makes sure I get my workouts in like having an appointment with someone else. I also do everything from home, so I save even more time than going somewhere. Lastly, when I travel, we come up with a plan for those trips and adjust our schedules to still be able to work out away from home, when possible.
If you are a busy person who wants to take the next steps in your fitness journey, value your time, and wants to make sure you are maximizing your time spent training, while minimizing any wasted time, then you should seriously consider...
