Vitamin Sea Properties — Local services in Area E (Bonaparte Plateau)

My family stayed at this Holiday Sands South location through Vitamin Sea Properties for 4 days 3 nights and loved every minute of it. We visit Myrtle beach once a year or so and have stayed at multiple places and have never been this impressed with a rental property. The description is accurate, price was well worth everything we received, the customer service is top notch. The location was perfect, only a short drive to broadway at the beach, the boardwalk and any other attractions in the area. Check in was a breeze, parking was a breeze and time to get on the elevator was a breeze which can be an issue at other condos. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, I have back and neck injuries and this is always a big risk for me staying at a rental. I never woke up stiff or in any pain and slept great, my husband as well. I can’t speak for the other beds in the apartment though. The kitchen had ever boring we needed to do simple meals, a pizza cutter and pan would be a great addition. The heated indoor pool and lazy river were the perfect ending of the day for my two youngest boys, there are doors that can be opened if the weather is nice, a very shallow section with fountains for little little kids, think splash pad type area. We were able to use the pool area in our building and the building next door that had a heated indoor and outdoor pool. We didn’t use the outdoor pool since it had just been opened and the water was still very cold. My only con would be the couch, it is pretty old and could use a replacement. My son opted to sleep on the couch instead of using the pull out portion because how worn it was. The check out procedures are not daunting and management keeps it very simple and to the point. They do not threaten extra charges for everything under the sun that is seen with other companies in the area. I cannot say enough great things about this property. Overall 10/10 rating from us! We stayed 10 wonderful days at Holiday Sands @ South Beach, unit 0401 in S. Myrtle Beach. Loved the cheerful and light feel of the condo. It was so clean, had comfortable furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. The building had a parking garage attached and you could park on the same level as your condo. The elevators were very fast, we never had to wait. The view was spectacular from the large double balcony. The sunrises were a pleasure to see each morning. We received a welcoming email asking if everything was good and if we needed anything. Communication was always good. There is a food mart directly across the street from Holiday Sands and a Wal-Mart within 2 miles. The beach was just a few steps out the door. We went in September and the weather was in the mid 80's as was the water in the ocean. The beach was never crowded. We always felt safe in the area. I highly recommend...

Holiday Sands South with Vitamin Sea Propertie 707. We all had an awesome trip. Condo was clean, spacious for 5. 3 kids 8 years old and under. Great for being able to cook in the condo. Beach/pool was great location and fun all week. Clean and enjoyable. I liked the short walk to the beach and the pool was open until 11. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for location and beach mixed with being big enough and clean.
