Nothing but good things to say about FeelGood!!! It’s so peaceful and relaxing! Nested in the forest by the river, it’s the perfect experience to unwind and enjoy! The sauna is one of the best ones I’ve ever gone to. The fact that it is a cold dip in nature rather than tubs is the best!!! The community sessions are a nice touch to meet other people. I enjoy the little added touches like hot tea by the fire! Sarah and Josh are amazing host and turned FeelGood into such a wonderful place!!!

Morning well spent at Feel Good Collective in Parksville. From start to finish, this was the ultimate reset. 15 minutes in their beautifully designed, locally crafted Finnish-style sauna was the perfect way to sweat out stress and recharge. The cold plunge in the Englishman River (Kw’a’luxw) right after? Invigorating. That 2-minute dip brought clarity, calm, and a rush of energy. I wrapped up fireside, feeling grounded, refreshed, and totally at peace.

This place lives up to its name. Sweat. Plunge. Breathe. Repeat. Can’t wait...

I LOVED my experience at feelgood. Sarah and Josh are amazing hosts. I felt so welcome. I love that the cold plunge is in the fresh river and the sauna is nice and hot. The fire is a nice touch to have a break post cold plunge and chat. They have a great area to store your clothes and belongings to keep them dry if it rains too. I always feel grounded and refreshed after a cold plunge/sauna session and I love connected with likeminded people there. I love feelgood and can't wait to go back...
