Incredibly Unprofessional & Rude Customer Service. Called today to ask if they carried Parfait Amour. Female employee who picked up the phone's response was "UHHH, we're a LIQUOR STORE!" (Okay. Wow), my response: " Parfait Amour IS a liquior, it's a curacao." Upon which the female employee hung up on me. I tried calling back to get someone (anybody?) else to help me but currently Norwood Liquor's phone is going direct to voicemail. I guess they are not interested in making any potential liquor sales...

This place is a joke I went in grabbed 2 big corona 1 coors tall boy, and one berry blast tall boy. When paying I asked for my receipt as I always like to check so he was hesitant on giving it to me. I got it I went out to my car only to realize I have been charged for 5 items. One item said single beer 1.81 well I didnt have a single beer besides the 2 corona and Coors which were already on the receipt this guy is charging people small amounts that are barley noticeable be careful and...
