Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Avenue District

I ordered pizza at 6:38, didn’t receive anything. Called them at 7:30, and they indicated that my order wasn’t placed. This is unbelievable, they transferred me to customer service which only confirmed to me that my order wasn’t placed. Please note that I called and gave my order to a human. They said the driver called to deliver and I didn’t answer my phone, my phone was on loud and my family was sitting by the window the whole hour. All customer service said that they would reorder and send it to me 50-60 mins, I’m literally in between two pizza 73s. This is the most awful customer service, I’ve ever experienced. Don’t waste your time calling and order. So much for the customer being right. There’s so many better pizza places to order from, that actually care...

The only complaint I have is that they're too efficient. I have 3 young kids, always order for delivery and it always arrives feeling like it has literally just come out of the oven. This is great, unless you have kids who are climbing on you demanding pizza but you have to wait for it to cool down. If you want your pizza delivered hot and fresh from the oven, this is the location you want to order from.

Also, love their drivers. I never order Pizza 73 through Skip, I always use their app directly or call cause I love their drivers. Always extremely polite and we tend to argue over the tip being too much (usually between 10-15%) All around...

I was passing by and stopped in to see if they sell individual slices - they don’t, but they do have quite a few options for under $10 including small pizzas, sandwiches, poutines, etc.

staff was friendly and helpful. there was a slight delay as they are dealing with some store delivery issues due to the weather which is completely understandable with the snowy/icy roads in the city. I wasn’t in a rush, so no big deal.

there’s no dine in option for this location, just a counter for ordering and a waiting area.

less than a 10 minute wait for my food and I was headed home to enjoy my popcorn chicken poutine...
