I recently discovered this meat shop that sells halal products, and I am very impressed with their quality and service. They have a variety of halal products, such as beef, lamb, and chicken, and they are all fresh and not frozen like those at large stores like Costco.
The price is a little bit higher than what you pay at the large box stores such as Costco or Walmart, but I think it is worth it for the freshness and taste. The meat is tender, juicy, and flavorful, and I can tell that they use good ingredients and follow the halal standards. They also have a clean store that is well-organized and hygienic.
The staffs are helpful and friendly. They can answer my questions and give me suggestions on which meat I should buy. They also have a section for Mediterranean grocery, where I can find items like olives, tahini, rose water, bread, and spices. It is very convenient and saves me time from going to another store.
This meat shop is my new favorite place for halal products. I enjoy their quality and service, and I support their business. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for fresh and...

Walls were lined with many fridges / freezers containing bags of meat - I presume off cuts from previous day's sales.
Looking for a snack, I opted for a box of expired wagonwheel imitations, imported...
Read moreI purchased 4 T-bone steaks here and put them in my freezer when I got home. I took them out to BBQ them a couple weeks later and they had a rancid smell to them. So I called baileys and told them the situation, he was rude and short with me saying next time I order steaks I can get them half price and I said that was unacceptable, he said I was being difficult and when you go to Sobeys they give you your money back. So I said yes they give all your money back I just want new steaks. I don’t think that’s unreasonable, any way I hung up the phone and threw the steaks in the green bin because why should I have to beg for good customer service, I will never shop at Baileys meat market on Bedford...
