Burrito Boyz — Restaurant in Brampton

I’ll start off with a 5 star attitude toward Burrito Boyz, just because of my experience over the years with Matt and Josh(owners of other locations). Burrito Boyz is one of my favourite places to grab a quick bite to eat! This particular location is always super clean and never too busy. You walk in to their traditional wall of awards, that have been earned over the years. The girl at the cash was very fast and friendly. When making my quesadilla, I requested lettuce. Yes, I know that you don’t recommend putting lettuce on the quesadilla. I’ve been hearing it for 10 years. It does not get soft and soggy. It taste delicious. Please can I have lettuce on my quesadilla. I’m not sure why I have to beg for a topping but they should really make this an option if you want. Aside from that, a girl making my quesadilla was pretty quick and generous with the rest of the toppings. I did my typical walk-through and noticed the usual cleanliness that I have been accustomed to, at a burrito Boyz. I’m not sure why, but I received my order after a couple people that I ordered before. I sat down with my quesadilla and my small chicken burrito. I started with the quesadilla and halfway through noticed two small bones that I almost choked on(see attached pictures) I finished my quesadilla carefully and moved on to my chicken burrito. I’m not sure what it was, but there was something a little “off“ in the taste of my burrito. Even though I made it exactly as I have for almost 10 years. I ended up throwing out the last few bites because I just couldn’t enjoy the taste. I’ve been to this Burrito Boyz several times in the past and I will give it another try regardless of today’s experience. Hopefully I can update my review with some positive...

This is the third time this location has messed up my order. There is nothing more frustrating than returning home, to find out your order is incorrect, contacting the store and having them expect you to drive back to correct your order each time. On this particular day, the cashier incorrectly took my order. I get it mistakes happen, but as I said this is the third time. I contacted the store, and was told to come back to the store and they would remake my order. I advised them as it's a far distance I would send somebody who is passing the store to pick up my food for me. When I contacted the store, to let them know to prepare the order, the same lady I spoke to then told me she could not prove that I did not give my order incorrectly, as well as began to tell me that there is a price difference. She also told me that the order being taken incorrectly was not entirely the cashier's fault, but some of the blame was mine. I have never been so frustrated, as I expect minor occurrences, however neglecting to put a whole meat item into a naked Bowl it's far from minor. While most of the staff there is pleasent, something needs to be done about their customer service policies with respect to incorrect orders. I'll be contacting head office to complain further about the individuals conduct whom I spoke to on the phone. Note to all who attend this location, check your food...

FINALLY BURRITO BOYZ IN THE AREA AND GUESS WHAT THEY GREAT !

i walked in to a very busy line this evening , and a packed house ! the cashier was doing her best to get everyone's order taken quickly , i loved that the girl making burritos called out to the line asking if anyone had a seafood order witch to my shocking got the line moving faster and the orders getting out quicker witch means for a pack house i didn't wait more then 10 minutes from start to finish .

From the line prepping my burrito , not only was this lady FAST AND EFFICIENT MY BURRITO LOOKED AMAZING BEFORE EVEN GETTING STEAK and im pretty sure it took her max 30 seconds to make my burrito and she did it with a smile even though they were swamped , she handled the orders that kept just flying into her VERY WELL for a new location

i also wanted to mention that an allergy came in after me and not only did she MAKE SURE THIS LADY GOT ALL FRESH VEG NOT TOUCHED BY ANYTHING SHE WASHED EVERY UTENSIL SHE USED AND CHANGED HER GLOVES AT LEAST TWICE DURING TO MAKE SURE SHE DID NOT CONTAMINATE THIS LADY'S FOOD

last but not least my burrito was wonderfully grilled and the steak was perfect

KUDOS TO YOU GUYS ON THIS WONDERFUL NEW LOCATION WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER BURRITO BOYZ...
