Ordered 2 scoops of gelato and a slice of crepe cake. It’s my first time coming here to this location, I’ve been to the Richmond one before long ago. I asked about Gelato, if I could do 2 flavour for 1 scoop. They said no, so I opt for 2 scoops instead. Staff told me it’s $8.99 and I was like okay I’ll do 2 scoops for $8.99. I told him I want Ferrero and dark chocolate, he didn’t say anything. When I went to pay for the bill it was $10.49, so I told the staff I was told it’s $8.99. Staff said “oh the matcha and dark chocolate is extra”, so I said I wasn’t told that when I was ordering but okay. He look at the menu with pricing and said “oh sorry it only said matcha is extra on the menu but dark chocolate is extra too, sorry I’ll change the sign later.” It’s only $1.50 but 1 their sign is wrong, 2 the staff confirmed to me it’s $8.99 and didn’t say anything when I told them what flavour I want. 3 still charge me extra even though their sign is wrong. I was not impressed. Personally not a fan of crepe cake (was hoping to get something else but they ran out), their durian crape cake lack the right balance of durian flavour and sweetness. It was okay, I didn’t like it but also didn’t hate it. But definitely wouldn’t get it again. Service seems friendly at the counter, but water was never refilled.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I was super impressed the mango offering and chose to bring home the raspberry/dark chocolate and a creme brulee. All delicious but the fresh and thinly sliced mango won the day. I'd visit this place any day.

I have come here three times already. It was excellent! The interior design was very attractive, comfortable and upscale in terms of a matcha restaurant. The owner has put a lot of effort, time and energy on running this matcha shop and aimed for success. Since I have been here three times, they have updated their menu from a more simple version to a nicer one. Most of the items on the menus are the same. We tried their matcha beverages, parfait, shortcake, and crepe cakes. All of us loved them. This is the best shop to eat matcha products in Vancouver other than the ones we had in Japan. Most of the customers here were female. There were a few guys but they were tagging along with girls. This restaurant is a good option for girls date, dating, and friends gathering. Servers were friendly and they were trying to be efficient because there were a lot of customers in house and those who bought takeout. I would highly recommend this matcha dessert restaurant to others. The only concern is parking is limited in this neighbourhood.

The red bean was spoiled. I can't believe I paid for the spoiled food. There was no refund too. We ordered few drinks, gelato, and 2 slice cakes. One of them was red bean matcha cheese cake.(around $50 in total) My mom doesn't like match flavour so she only tried the red bean part and said it was spoiled. The red bean part is only tiny portion of the cake so I realized it was spoiled only after I tried the red bean after she said that. It was when I finished half of the cake. The size of the cake itself is really small so anyone can finish with 3 bites. So we noticed the red bean was spoiled after about 2 bites which was about half of the cake. We told them it was spoiled and they said we have to wait until the manager replies. About 6~7 mins later, we heard the answer that the kitchen said it should not be spoiled because it is made this morning and if we want, we can get another free gelato. Red bean is type of an ingredient that goes bad really fast especially when it is cooked. So it is possible it was spoiled at that time of the day. It was about 7:30pm, the end of a day. My mom loves red bean flavour so she is fully aware of how red bean is supposed to taste and how it taste like when it is spoiled. It was late at night and the store was kinda cold so we didn't get another gelato. I don't really understand how a gelato can be a compensation for a spoiled cake tho. The red bean was 100% spoiled because it tasted sour. I tried the bean only and it was okay outside but when I chewed, the inner part was sour. I asked them if it was supposed to taste sour but they said it should be sweat. We heard the apologies and feedback that they will let the kitchen know this. But the overall result is that we paid for the spoiled food and ended up eating spoiled food. I didn't want to waste my money for the spoiled food so I just seperated the upper portion from the bottom where there was spoiled red bean paste and only ate the cheese part. I am not good at complaining we just left the store. But now that I think of it, it is kinda unfair that I just ended up paying and eating spoiled food. The other desert was okay. The other cake we ordered is pistachio cherry. It was okay but not very good. It was kinda dried. maybe because we went there at the end of the day. The drink and gelato was good. But apple ginger tea was a...

I recently discovered this place and really enjoyed the ice cream and cake. However, I won't return due to the staff's attitude and the establishment's unusual policy. Today, I purchased ice cream, cake, and tea. I also brought a salad with me, intending to have a balanced dinner. Unfortunately, when I opened my salad, I was informed that bringing your own food was not allowed. Many restaurants allow this, especially when dining with a group where not everyone may want items from the menu.Since this place only serves sweets, I couldn't order a salad, but I would like to. This left me in a dilemma. Did they expect me to buy more sweets simply because I couldn't eat anything else? Excessive sweets aren't healthy, and this logic didn't make sense to me. My salad was already open, so I asked if I could finish it this time and promised not to bring my own food in the future. They firmly declined.I contemplated eating my salad outside with my hands since I couldn't take it home, and I didn't have any cutlery. Eventually, I left it for the staff and left feeling hungry. I won't return due to this strange policy. There are other similar places nearby, and I'll choose them instead. As a suggestion to the management, consider putting up a sign to inform customers that bringing outside food is prohibited to avoid any confusion...
