Varun was not very helpful at the store in Brentwood Town center and he didn't finish the transaction, he told me that with Covid19 restrictions I had to change my account on the phone from personal to business but it wasn't true, when I called on the phone they said it could be done at the store, infact he started my account plus he told me that as a small business traveling also for work I couldn't get the free earbuds that are in promotion right now. That is not true as small businesses for Rogers means less than 10 lines not distinction from jobs description as it would be discrimination.
