As fun as Confederation Park, but far less crowded. The park features a sand pit, young children/toddler and older children playgrounds and a rope zipline. The area has ample 3 hour parking, and is right beside the Willingdon Community Center for easy access to washrooms. During the summer, the city fills the wading pool and staff make toys and activities available throughout the day.

The characteristic of this park is that it has a toddler pool. The park is a bit old, but the kids love it. There are some facilities that other parks don't have, such as a long cableway. It is very close to Brentwood. The only drawback is that there are no formal toilets. The community closes at 4 pm on weekends.

Great park with lots of dog owner having a good time. However there's a crazy older Korean guy yelling at dog owners when he's working out. I saw multiple dog owners on the other side of the park minding their own business in the public park, but this guy still yapping more than the dogs.

Willingdon Heights Park is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, offering a serene escape from the urban hustle. Though small in size, this park impresses with its well-maintained lawns and a variety of mature trees that provide a lush canopy. The children's playground is a highlight, featuring modern equipment that is safe and engaging for kids of all ages. Benches strategically placed around the park offer peaceful spots for relaxation or enjoying a book. The walking paths, though not extensive, are well-paved and ideal for a leisurely stroll or a brisk jog. The park lacks sports facilities, which may disappoint some, but its charm lies in its simplicity and tranquillity. A perfect spot for families or anyone looking to enjoy a quiet...

Oftentimes quite busy during the day, many sports leagues play here, and the tennis courts are quite popular - there's a patron operated button to turn the lights on for the courts, but lights out for the night at 10pm. I usually stroll by or sit at the park bench on Williams to smoke in the late evenings, a couple times a week and rarely see anyone else there, never been hassled or harassed. There's an attached community centre, I'm not sure what kinds of programs/services they offer though, as I've never been inside. Ample street parking along Carleton. Nicely landscaped, well maintained grounds. There's an off-leash dog park, south of the community centre parking lot, as well as a...

This park is wonderful, featuring a playground, gym center, outdoor circuit training course, multiple tennis courts, along with a practice wall for tennis and 2 fields(1 grass and 1 gravel). You can let your kids roam free on the playground while you work out, or play soccer with your team. There is a baseball training place, and soccer nets, along with bleachers to sit on. Plenty of trees to provide shade while you have a picnic. The only problem I have is the people, or lack thereof. There are very few people to meet there, unless you go when there is lots of snow, or lots of sun. Still, confederation park has lots...
