I used to love this place, but after what I witnessed, I won’t be coming back.

The store wasn’t even that busy, and one of the workers, Cailyn (I confirmed her name with another staff member), was humiliating another employee in front of everyone and doing it with full confidence. The girl she was speaking to was clearly overwhelmed, dealing with a long fitting room line and helping customers as fast as she could. I even saw tears in her eyes, which was heartbreaking. When you don’t know the full situation and you’re stressed for doing nothing and not helping,it’s no excuse to treat your coworkers like that especially in front of customers. People with that kind of attitude and small heart shouldn’t be in a workplace like this. I’m so sorry to that employee, you didn’t deserve to be treated like that. Very disappointed. You have the right to sue that girl!! Find me and...

I was in today and I had 3 lovely staff members help me!! - (it was my first day in Vancouver and really loved my experience at this store. - not to mention the location is such a unique place. I truly appreciated the architecture, lights & fountains, sky train leading to the doors of UO). I wanted to especially thank Cam! They were kind, genuine and helpful. Very friendly, I will be back to shop again at this location after being treated so well 🙏🏽☮️ I am very happy with my purchases, I got a white platform chunky heel, the checkered fuzzy purse & the “we’re not really strangers” card deck which I 100000% recommend. This deck is both therapeutic and bonding with other humans in your life....

This location at Amazing Brentwood is our go-to clothing store. Its view and lighting are very clear and, its layout and space are perfect as well. Although its collection might not be as great as some other locations such as the one in Park Royal with a second story, its collections can always fit your needs. You can also simply order through their website and pick up there. Refund won’t be an issue too. Another convenience is that you can go to the food court on the second floor after your shopping.
