I love it here! My boyfriend and I walked into this store unsure of what to expect but we're thrilled from the outcome. We were in Dauphin for a few weeks for work & purchased many electronics for ourselves and our friends back in Ottawa, Ontario. During our stay, we had been unexpectedly told that we were flying home so we ended up going back & they gave us packing tips and materials to travel the items securely. After that ended up being a non-issue as we had a rental to take home. Upon arrival to being home, we plugged in the N64 and the video cables weren't working. Terrible customer service. Would give a 0 star if possible. Ordered a box of MTG just to find out the store was moving locations (which delayed the order past the Canada post strike) with 0 notice before or after the order was placed. I tried to work with the store to get the item shipped and was provided numerous ETAs and we'll get back to you emails just to have the dates blow by with 0 response. The store would often be delayed in responding or would not respond at all. After a refund was issued I offered to replace the order after the strike (given the strike and store move) to give the store a fair shot. Again, the store has been terrible at responding to emails....

This place features wall to wall gaming memorabilia, board games, magic cards, other card games, pop figurines, as well as classic and sometimes modern video game systems with games. This is backed up by an incredibly strong customer service presence. It's hard to leave this place dissatisfied.
