Horrible customer service!!!! My elderly mother wanted to treat me on my birthday. I told the server this. No response. I specifically told her my mother wanted a SMALL PLAIN burger with nothing on it with a small portion of fries as she has a very poor appetite. I ordered the turkey burger. We arrived early and waited 30 minutes for our meal. My mother received a massive burger with everything on it! My turkey burger was horrible. I tried to flag down the server who ignored me. I had to go to the front counter until she finally came over. I politely asked for extra napkins and explained that my mother could not eat all the onions or condiments so I needed to wipe them off. Instead of apologizing, the server yelled at me! She snapped “I didn’t hear you that she wanted a plain burger!” She then walked away and ignored us! When she first delivered the food, I had requested extra water since we had waited so long. She never returned to refill. After almost 1 hour, another server (possibly the owner) came by and asked how our meal was. Once I explained things, she did not apologize either! She told me I should have asked for a new order! Once again, I politely told her we had waited too long and my mother was starving. My mother did not eat any of her burger and I barely ate mine. Nobody came back to see if we wanted dessert or to offer me a birthday treat. I had to take my mother to the bathroom and when we returned to the table, it had already been cleared! We were not even asked if we wanted to take our leftovers home! When I went to pay there was no discussion of a discount for the mistake or for my birthday. I am not a local so perhaps that is why we received such poor treatment. If this is the highest rated place in the town, it is sad that such poor quality and service is offered...

Very poor service. 3 of us walked in about 1pm on a Monday. No one even acknowledged us at the front. After standing there for quite a while we decided to walk into the back to find a table. It seemed a big confusion between the servers who was actually to take the table. Ordered a decaf coffee, waited and waited for it. Finally, 15 mins later, was able to get a server's attention to ask where it was. Another server comes back and says, sorry, it's 45 mins to closing so we won't make a new pot. Are you kidding me?? How about bringing it earlier when we asked for it? And it's 45 mins, not 5 mins to closing. Wow! What a bad policy and bad service ! Went ahead and ordered food anyway,,, it wasn't great. The hashbrowns were raw,,, not even cooked. Couldn't get any cream or ketchup, had to borrow from next table. Then a server literally droped new menu cards for evening meal on the table in the middle of eating,, nearly in my plate. That are few places to eat here so I guess people Hhave to go,, but we would never...

We are in from Edmonton for the Ukrainian festival and we’re excited to come to a local restaurant, however we were disappointed when we sat down and ordered ceasers, that came out completely watered down, couldn’t taste the vodka and took longer to come out than they should have. My sister found a long black hair in her food, however they did take it back and remake it. But after slow service and nothing special when it came to pay our bill there was zero effort in to making us feel better and wanting to come back here. The only thing taking off was a single 6$ ceaser we still had to pay for everything else and it just seemed they didn’t really care to show how apologetic they were. Maybe it was just an off day or super busy for them but as a server myself, that is no excuse

UPDATE: the sandwich they remade for me and I took him (which I paid for) had another hair in it....
