Circle K — Local services in Edmonton

This store is close to my home and “24 hours” so it’s convenient as I start work very early in the morning. The people on days / evenings are great but the latest overnight guy… Like he will be doing something and literally make you stand there for long periods of time while he finishes whatever he is doing. I get he’s not going to drop everything and RUN to the cash register but come on, I’m talking 5 or more minutes. Today, June 9th, 2023 at around 04:00 the store was locked and he was inside mopping, about 15’ from the door. I rapped on the glass to get his attention and he turns around, waves at me, and then goes back to mopping?! I waited a few minutes because I’ve experienced his delayed reactions before but he just kept mopping… Like I said everyone else I’ve dealt with there is great so I’ll give them 2 stars, but I honestly won’t be giving them my business anymore because of how this one guy is, hopefully someone reads this and corrects his bad attitude...

Absolutely rude staff!!! I have purchased around 20 or so slurpees this hot season already and have yet to receive free one. The staff at this store was more concerned about how many straws my grandchildren and I took then service! So my Slurpee count at the stores has been all over the place.Its not keeping proper count at all because I should have had several free ones by now! I purchased 3 slurpees today and was told my next one was free....so since I only purchased 2 for my grandchildren and one for my daughter I decided to go back in and purchase my free one. Well wouldn't you believe I walk in and she tells me it's not free after telling me in front of grandchildren that next one was free.Then she snickers at me! I strongly suggest staying away from these rude people. I go to Cirkle K all over the city and have never experienced this...

Came to return Amazon item. Was told QR code not working and it takes 24 hours to work from time of return. I told her I came yesterday and sid the same thing and had no issues. Another lady was more polite and said it's their system that's not working and to come back later or try another Circle K. Came back again and I had the misfortune of dealing with the same rude girl. Told me Amazon came and picked up the returns and there is no more Amazon container to store it and come back on Monday. I know that was a total lie. Went to another Circle K, no issues returning and said they take returns daily. I told him about this Circle K and he said, maybe she just couldn't be bothered to take the return. Avoid this place for returns. She doesn't know the policy and misinforming customers. Please...
