So Google says they open at 5 a.m, it is now 5:15a. a.m, I knocked on the door to get ignored by the staff!?!?!? I am reliant on a walker to have mobility because I fractured my spine a few years back and didn't know... inguess I have a high pain tolerance... recently within the last month or so I was cutting down a tree, I'm an arborist and landscape by trade,.. anyways, I reached out to cut a heavy branch in half rather than risk hitting the house and my safety line wasn't locked in properly and i dropped a few feet causing me to strain my back but it hurt something fierce, I went to the doctor and that's when I found out the bad news my spine is fractured in 3 places and because it's healed that way before I re fractured it it is inoperable and the news just kept getting badder.. now I can't work, no income ,no rent ,no home ... yeah I'm homeless it's been about a month now.. I lost my license recently and that's my own stupidity.. but I just wanted a coffee so I was here at 5 am with my walker it was not a pleasant walk to get here and it's still not open at 5:30 a.m... I'm in serious pain from being out in the cold all night and walking to this location because it's supposed to be open., I will add a picture of a screen shot and you be the judge.
Update it's now 5:47 a.m and I finally have my coffee, I said to the girl serving me "theres a big diffrence between 5 and 5:45 a.m and that i didn't appreciate being ignored when I knocked at 5 a.m ,the girl that was serving me was the same one that ignored me and she was ignorant and passed me off to someone else with attitude , I didn't even get a sorry and had to pay for my coffee!?!?!? My coffe should have been free along with something to eat like a bagel or something...This location just really disappointed me with the lack of customer service and the level of attitude I just got for simply saying "there's a big difference between 5 and 5:45a.m i really think my coffee should have at least been a free coffee to make up for their lack of empathy for the guy outside with a walker in the cold for 45 minutes. I'm sure a majority of you will agree that there's a problem here and I hope tim hortons management sees this review and makes an attempt to reimburse me.. I visited this location to purchase gift cards with varying amounts. The person at the till was shockingly rude and arrogant from the moment I stepped up. She didn’t even attempt basic politeness when asking for my payment card. I had cards to load, and instead of helping or communicating respectfully, she acted visibly irritated — sighing, rolling her eyes, and shaking her head at me when the system didn’t register the cards right away.
At one point, her body language became so unprofessional and aggressive that I had to explain to make her aware and to which she shrugged and turned her back on me mid-conversation. No apology, no explanation. After the transaction was finally completed, she walked off without a word, didn't provide my receipt, and disappeared to the back despite the store being completely quiet with just a couple of customers sitting down and no drive-thru line!
This is not a one-time issue. It is the third time I’ve experienced this kind of unacceptable behaviour at this location and with different staff everytime. I tried to follow up by calling to speak with a manager — and to my disbelief, they hung up on me, and after calling again, they simply started cancelling my calls.
This is absolutely appalling customer service. It is SHOCKING!! If this is how customers are treated when making simple purchases, I seriously question the quality of staff training and management oversight at this branch. Read moreI’m so sick of not getting the correct order. This morning I ordered a Bacon Belt with no egg on a cheese bagel. Tell me why I received a Belt with NO Bacon, on an everything bagel with the egg I requested be left off. Half of the time I don’t even order what I want because I can’t trust you to not mess it up! I live 1 minute away and I will now be driving out of my way to a different location every day because your team is too incompetent to hand me a coffee and a bagel. It is not my job to constantly run inside to get the proper order after waiting in the drive thru!!! RE TRAIN YOUR STAFF BECAUSE NO ONE LIKES COMING HERE
Also if you used your drive thru windows properly maybe the orders would come out correctly! I’ve never in my life seen another restaurant handing out food at the first window while the second one is operational. Then once I receive my food I have to wait for the person ahead of me to get theirs so we both can leave. It makes zero sense.
Ps, don’t leave me a link as a response to my review, I’ve already taken enough time out of my life to get my incorrect order and leave a review about it. Either take the criticism and do better or apologize. But for the love of god do not make me waste one more second on this...
