I thought I would go back and give the establishment another try. Tuesday evenings in and around Edmonton many people get on their motorcycles and tour around, engage in comraderie, get something to eat and or drink and typically this involves a patio. The Brewhouse has two lovely patios. We were told on entering both were closed per the managers instructions. We left and went to a nearby pub with their patio open. Very disappointing and drops my review from ok to dislike. Review from our visit 2 weeks prior: On entering the pub we were greeted right away. We indicated we wanted to be outside on the patio. They have two patios, one on the ground level, the other up several flights of stairs. Feeling like we needed exercise, we took the stairs. The Brewhouse have done a terrific job of creating an ambience that is very pleasant and conducive to enjoying your time there. Our server took our drink orders and set them on our table within a reasonable amount of time. I went with the Philly beef (unfortunately, way to much fat on it and I asked the person who brought it to the table for HP sauce, they evidently forgot as I never received it). My companions ordered the chicken sandwich with mac and cheese and burger and poutine. The chicken burger was good but the mac and cheese, hmm, it was dull and uninspired, and also, overcooked, in fact if one was to throw it against a wall, it would stick like glue. Our server replaced it with cactus chips (much better but some were under-cooked. The burger and Poutine was good. So in sum, we liked the atmosphere, we really thought highly of our server (Emily) but the food was uninspired. .

If you find this helpful, give it a thumbs up! Customer WiFi: yes Washrooms: yes Power outlets: no Pet friendly: no Parking: parking lot Food/Drinks: I've worked in the kitchen at another Brewhouse and I gotta say, the food took a little long to come out given that the restaurant wasn't fill but not too bad. Pizza crust was good and I liked how the toppings went to the edges. Nachos definitely did not have enough cheese but there was an abundance of vegetables. Salsa wasn't completely processed as there were large chunks of peppers the size of quarters still in it. Service: our server was really nice but when we first sat down if it wasn't for the button I don't think we would have been acknowledged. After that we were good. Drinks were always topped off and we were looked after. Atmosphere: lots of tv and the miniature train is really cool. Interested to check out the rooftop patio when I can but it seems to be a very well put together place. We came on karaoke night so it was... Interesting... If you found this helpful, let me know by leaving a thumbs up!

First time coming to the Canadian brewhouse, as I always enjoy trying out new restaurants. It was a good experience, and the restaurant is a great atmosphere for sport fans. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was good, a tad slow, but we weren't in a rush to leave. There are plenty of beers on tap, and in bottles as well. I was a tad surprised with their beer promotion, using the word "stein" specials, when the stein is the smallest beer glass. Usually stein is supposed to be a big beer. Good lighting, plenty of TVs around, ample seating, especially outside for the patio, and I look forward to the nicer weather for the rooftop patio as well. Relatively priced restaurant in this day and age. Overall, good experience, and will come back again to try it out during the nicer weather and sitting outside.

I had the most delightful experience at the Canadian Brewhouse! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The aroma of the delicious burgers and fries wafting through the air was absolutely enticing, setting the stage for a wonderful meal.

Speaking of the food, the burger and fries I ordered were nothing short of spectacular. The burger was cooked to perfection, with a juicy and flavorful patty that was seasoned just right. The toppings were fresh and abundant, adding layers of taste and texture. And those fries! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside – they were the ideal companion to the burger. The attention to detail in crafting a mouthwatering dish truly impressed me.

The standout feature of my visit, however, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable dining experience. They were prompt in taking my order, checking on me throughout the meal, and addressing any special requests I had. It's evident that the Canadian Brewhouse places a high value on customer satisfaction, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable.

While the ambience of the restaurant was good, it wasn't the highlight of the experience. The décor and layout were pleasant, creating a casual and comfortable atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy a great meal, and engage in conversations without feeling rushed. While it may not have been the most breathtaking ambience I've encountered, it certainly didn't detract from the overall positive impression I had of the establishment.

In conclusion, the Canadian Brewhouse is a fantastic dining destination that excels in delivering scrumptious food, outstanding service, and a cozy atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to savor delectable burgers and fries while being treated like a valued guest, this is definitely the spot to visit. My experience left me thoroughly satisfied, and I can't wait to return for another round of delightful flavors and warm...

It was my sons 6th Birthday and he loves the Brewhouse! We booked reservations for 5 with (Chad) who is one of the best managers. We had a surprise family member join us so the front staff said not and a problem and seated us. Our waitress (Emma) she came and served us water straight away. Our table was located at the very end which had the computer screen system that they use. There were a few extra stools behind us as well. Their was this one waitress who was not very nice and she didn’t really like us where we were seated and the fact that we had a 6 year old who had some birthday gifts and the gift bags were near the extra stools. Every time she came around she gave this weird smell face and honestly I wasn’t sure if it was all the food smell or cologne/ perfume smell or what it was! Our waitress Emma came and said since it’s illegal to have two stools at the end table we will have to move you upstairs, we said okay sure not a problem. Since the time we were seated and when (Emma) told us she would move us 1/2 hour went by. I can handle not eating but two kids they can not wait. I went to find (Chad) I asked Ashley if she could get (Chad) Ashley came back and said what can I do? I explained the situation how the kids were hungry she went out of her way and said I’ll be right there to take your order. Once (Emma) saw the big picture of what is happening she came apologized and took our drink orders and food order and she was very good. Ashley was really helpful and Emma was really good. They were extremely busy and the food came out right away. Ashley and Emma asked us several times if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. Emma apologized...

Had a terrible attitude from one of the servers. My friend and I visited during a time where there was no crowds or rush. A blonde server with relatively thick black framed glasses served us. While she was wonderful during the meal, when it came to payment she stood watching over my shoulder at the Tip amount. She asked "Did you mean to tip this percent ?" whilst sneering. I nodded, and she rolled her eyes as she walked away while the payment was processing. My friend and I were absolutely taken aback. She brought the machine back and had me validate once more that my tip was correct, this time around she did not speak nor make eye contact with us. She harshly put the receipt on the table, I said "Thank you!" and she looked at me and walked away with a dead pan face. It was clear that she expected a very high tip, and I have never once in my life been criticized in any way for tipping. It seems that tipping service here is very particular. One dish will run you at least $25, and the three first tip options that pop up are all well over 10%. I left shortly after, and my hands genuinely shook with shock and anger. I doubt that this woman has grasped that a tip is not mandatory , and with the food being very pricey as is, it is not affordable for every individual person to tip 10 or more dollars every single meal. Every person is in a different financial state and this woman has absolutely no compassion for her customers. I wanted to express my shock and frustration for this experience as a review, but I will also be reaching out to this location to speak to a Manager or a higher up as I found this to be a hurtful, personal and...
