Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Lewis Farms

I'm used to supporting this local Panago in my area, But they must have changed ownership since my last visit, because this was a horrible experience from start to finish. For starters, i could barely understand what the girl was trying to say and that was starting to anger her. However, i put that past me and was looking forward to my veggie Mediterranean. Unfortunately, it was horrible, tasteless, and very doughy! Please panago don't reach out and ask me to email you the details of my visit. My order details were 2 veg Mediterranean pizzas with four Chipotle dips. Webber greens location. I'm not writing this review in hopes of getting a credit, im writing this review on behalf of alot of customers that are begging you to choose better franchisees. Ridiculous! Quick. Friendly. Good pizza.

I've been here around ten times.

Same as any other Panago, really. But staff is quick to acknowledge your existence, and take your order or give you your food.

Never had a bad order here. Everything has been prepared by the book, and on time.

I was a Panago employee a decade ago, so I know some of the tricks they can play. They haven't played any of those tricks so far. Good for them.

One critique, is that the employees can barely handle an order in-person. If you have a unique make-your-own pizza, either phone it in, or do it online. The employees aren't really trained for this in-store. They struggle with basic orders. Also, if you're using the save-on-foods points thing, you'll have to remind them...

Ok I have tried on several occasions to be calm and collected and give the benefit of the doubt BUT!!! In the last 6 months no idea if it is new management or what but HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!! Every single order has been messed up. Whether walk in or delivery. There are always items missing and when I call to voice concern always asked "do you want the missing item?" Well yeah I would really like to get what I paid for I mean it implies that it is supposed to be there considering I carefully ordered and paid for it. So if you can folks do not go to this one...try order from another location. Oh and there is never a response to any concerns or complaints...just like the staff are terrible this evening, never listen to...
