I used to love getting their “Original Crystal Beach Sugar Waffles” from Mitchell’s Bun Master bakery here in St. Catharines- until today that is. I really wish I could post photos with my review as it speaks a thousand words.
As per usual I “smash” the bag up to get bite-size pieces. When I pulled out one piece, two came out held by a blond HAIR baked within the sugar waffle. It was disgusting (especially since this was my 5th or 6th bite by then).
Upon examining the remainder of the bag I found EIGHT (8) other pieces that had hair binding them to other pieces. So, not only was one hair found but MULTIPLE HAIRS!!
I am appalled! I just keep thinking, if that many hairs were in one single bag of 5 give-or-take waffles, how many would a batch have? Or what else is inside the waffles?
No thank you!...

I was very excited to find them there too, as they reminded me of my childhood. Disappointed to...
