I had an absolutely great experience with Christophe Missi at Fleury Autogroup. He was straightforward, honest, fluent in both French and English, and has a great sense of humor! I was looking for a 3rd gen Mazda 3 in dark blue, specifically a hatchback with a manual transmission and low mileage. This dealership had exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to check it out. I visited on a Saturday, just an hour before closing, and the staff was still very nice to me although i knew everyone wanted to go home haha. I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time so i got right to it. I asked if they had the car and they did, so they brought the car out, let me take it for a test drive, and thoroughly inspect it. During my inspection, I noticed that the car needed new brakes all around, new tires, and a few other things. I tried to negotiate the price, but Fleury Autogroup explained that their pricing is firm because it’s based on Kelley Blue Book values. This isn’t a bad thing because there pricing is very good compared to other dealers by a couple thousands. So, here’s what made it worth it: When you buy a car for here you have to pay a $300 fee, very very normal not a hidden fee or anything. SO! The 300 is for the Quebec or Ontario safety inspection and cover any repairs the car might need to pass inspection. So for me knowing that the vehicle needed more than 300$ worth of repairs it was a great deal because, along with the safety inspection, they replaced the tires with Toyo winter tires, new brakes front and back, cabin air filer, engine air filer, new front and rear wipers, an oil change, and any other necessary maintenance the car need. If I had to pay for all those repairs myself, it would have costed just over $1,500. Instead, for just $300, I got everything done. That’s incredible value, and it made the purchase worthwhile! So long story short i now have a 2017 Mazda 3 Sport! Absolutely great service at this dealer highly recommend for anyone with or without car knowledge, these guys are...
Read moreI was in the market for a newer vehicle and found a few ads on Auto Trader that were interesting. Come to find out, they were all at Fleury Autogroupe. I came into the lot on a Saturday morning with the intent of viewing the vehicles and trying them out. Chris was there to greet us and the experience was off to a good start. I explained my goal for the morning and he had no concerns nor memorized speech to spew out. He also mentioned he was new at the lot and would get any answers from his office if he was stumped.
I identified 2 vehicles that were of interest and he handed the keys to take a closer look. Once reviewed, I asked for a test drive and within a couple of minutes, I had one ready to go. They have a pre-established route that blends city and highway, so I took both vehicles on that route. Upon my return, they were there to greet me and answer any questions/concerns I had.
Their way of doing business is a bit different than other lots/dealers I encountered: the prices advertised are final price. While this might be of concern since prices were ALWAYS negotiable at lots, this was not a problem for me since I had done a bit of research and the reason I was here specifically was they had the lowest prices on Auto Trader for the specific vehicles, year and mileage. I believe they also had signage in the office stating that they won "Best Prices" or such from Auto Trader. they have an add-on service where they perform an oil change, engine and cabin air filter change, wiper change as well as brake pad and rotor change....all regardless of wear. The package cost was fair ($400ish) but the added value of driving away with a vehicle that was safetied and had typical maintenance item already done was of great peace of mind.
I put a deposit the same day and due to a scheduled out of town trip, I could only pick up the vehicle almost 2 weeks later. This was not a problem, and at time of pick up, the paperwork was ready and took less than 30mintues to complete.

Read moreAfter searching for a reliable used vehicle online for several days, my husband and I landed on the Fleury Autogroupe website almost by accident. We'd had no prior business dealings with this company. By a stroke of good luck, their website showed a vehicle that fulfilled almost all of the items on our wish list. We scheduled an appointment for the same day. We were greeted with enthusiasm at the dealership, and treated with the utmost of courtesy and professionalism. Julien, the salesperson, was very patient and took time to answer all of our questions in a most informed manner. The vehicle, a Chevrolet Trax 2015 was immaculate, inside and out. It basically looked and felt like a brand new vehicle. We took it for a test drive and were very happy with its performance. We immediately made a decision to purchase. The transaction went seamlessly. Fleury Autogroupe took charge of the SAAQ inspection and certification, and also the changeover of the license plate. Literally all we had to do was show up with the payment, and call our own automobile insurer to advise them that we had changed vehicles. In future, if we need to change up our vehicle again, we will definitely approach Fleury immediately for...
