Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Gatineau

Double check your order, and don't bother with delivery because instead of refunding what they didn't give you they'll take 40mins to replace what's missing. We ordered pizzas and 2 orders of boneless bites, bites were missing. We call, they say they'll send it, half an hour later we call again because now the pizza is cold and still no bites. Guy finally arrived with HALF of the missing bites. At that point we ask for a refund. Refused. Come back with the rest of the bites - again - by now - everything is cold. Oh, and the garlic Parm bites had some honey garlic on them so someone clearly started to mess up, noticed to mistake, but didn't replace the bites with the wrong sauce on them and just...

First off, no parking space. Like literally 2 spots for customers it's a nightmare to get in and out. Second, pizza is very subpar for the price. 41$ for two medium pepperoni pizza (one 26$ for stuff cheese crust which was a disappointment) and then when picking up the pizzas, no other options when paying debit than tipping $ amount or %. Hate that forced tipping mentality when I'm doing all the traveling and waiting. Won't be returning for sure, Ultime Pizza is down the road and...

I ordered a pizza and large ceasar salad and unfortunately the whole salad was ROTTEN. The ingredients are NOT fresh and looks disgusting.
