Marche Latino El Mana — Local services in Gatineau

If you are looking for good customer service, just go somewhere else. I suggest you two excellent places for their service: El Mercado Latino (67 Montréal Road, Ottawa) and Depanneur Los Andes (107 rue Eddy, Gatineau, secteur Hull).

I just called to ask a question about 1 product, the young lady answered me with a bad attitude that she was busy and suggested me to just come to the store to find the answer of my question by myself. This is the second time I received such a bad service from the young girls, which seems to be always in a bad ''mood''.

I know the girls of this store are not the reflection of all young people. I have been served very well by adolescents in other stores; my nephews, who are also adolescents, they work really hard and do their best to satisfy the clients.

The first time I received a very poor service by the girls at this Marche, I notify her mom that is very sweet. But I suppose, these young ladies they don't care about the family business or simply they do not...

I’m not sure about you guys but I don’t go to the market to be buttered up and don’t really care about any attitude from anyone. I’ve never had any issues with the girls at cash. It’s a family run joint from my understanding. They carry products that I’m not able to find elsewhere at reasonable prices, I get what I need...

Clientes recurrentes por más de un año, sin ningun problema. Esta semana hicimos una compra como todas las semanas, sin embargo un producto (queso fresco) estaba pasado y a punto de descomposición. Se les notificó de la situación y su única respuesta fue que “les apenaba mucho la situación pero que una vez salida la mercancía no se aceptan devoluciones”. En este caso, ellos esperan que uno les compre queso y lo abra enfrente de ellos para comprobar que esté en buen estado? O cómo funciona su política?

Sigo sin entender porque siempre latinos buscan perjudicar a otros latinos, que decepción en verdad.
