Today’s lunch date was completely unplanned—but turned out to be an absolute win. Our original spot was closed for lunch, so my wife remembered a place someone mentioned during a recent workshop. She checked her notes, a few options popped up, and the only one open at the time was Sans façon. One quick look online, and we were immediately intrigued. The aesthetics, the menu, the vibe—it checked all our boxes. So off we went.
