I guess we should have read the other review before paying for parking. There had been no rain and therefore no falls :( . You should also time your pictures as to not get passing cars on the road right behind the falls.

Honestly, it was a waste of money for parking. The waterfall was completely dry, so there was nothing to see. The so-called panoramic views of the city were not impressive at all. Definitely not worth the stop.

Make sure you are coming at the right time to see the fall otherwise you will end up watching nothing and paying $8 for parking. The best time for the view is spring (after the ice melts) or during the rain.
