It's unfortunate that there is almost no consistency with how products are prepared at this location, especially considering the price of them (which seems to fluctuate depending on who is working at the time - just another problem I have!) There are only 2 women on staff who can make an ice cappuccino and they always taste the same. After visiting this location daily (sometimes more than once!) for well over a year now it is apparent that the others either don't care to or are purposely not making them correctly. Admittedly, I had complained a couple of times a few months ago and requested that what I was given be remade because they were completely flavour-less tasting only like milk mixed with ice and it was made apparent that my doing so was viewed as a problem because the service I had been receiving from a couple of the "regulars" who work Monday-Friday during the morning changed and they became less friendly, curt/short with responses to me at the mic and very little pleasantries exchanged at the window. I stopped complaining for fear the drinks would just get worse but they did anyway and now more often than not I am left disappointed with the product I receive because they don't taste good! At the price of almost $10 for 2 drinks ($9.70 for 2 large ice cappucinos), I think it's well past time to find a new establishment to get...
Read moreVisited here occasionally for a couple years. Used to be good. Last few months we've had an incredible amount of order screw ups even on simple orders. Most recent order had meat, after repeating 3 times "no meat". Two coffees, two sunrisers no bacon. After driving home and realizing they had again added meat and driving back I was met with zero customer service or friendly-ness. I brought back two completely uneaten(untouched) and two hash browns and quietly and politely asked for a refund. The lady went to the back office to ask the manager about refunds, and was told they don't do it but will for me today. I told them I had forgot the receipt and coffees at home but admitted I had finished them before we opened the food. I was told they couldn't refund me because they wouldn't know the price??? and made assumptions I was being shady drinking the coffee and trying to get the money for the combo. I said fine just reimburse the sandwiches I'll take a loss on the rest(even though my gas and time cost money). I was told this can't be done because there's no proof without a receipt, EVEN THOUGH, she said she had just seen my fiancé 10 minutes ago(we were known there.) At this point, still without raising my voice or causing a scene, I said keep it all I won't be back. Try Tim Hortons or McDonald's for...
Read moreThe quality had gone down since 2015. I remember going country style, and they had bigger "country bites". Now, the size of each one is smaller, drier, and poorly baked. The "chocolate" ones look red/off brown in colour. This company uses a cheap paper bag now to "box" your country bites/donuts. While Tim Hortons may still use boxes, Country Style at least has some real pastry-like taste to their country bites, even though it went down in quality over the years. They used to have normal boxes to store pastries in. Sadly, I cannot believe how terrible the staff were at this location in terms of counting. I ordered a 20 pack and they only put 18 bites in there, mostly coconut, which is the worst flavor (and that was after I asked them to mix more chocolate ones in, as this was for a group). So they cannot count and do not care about requests. At least the hot chocolates tasted ok. But overall, so sad to see how low this company has gone. I should add: Someone from work had bought a sandwich and donut from their breakfast menu last week and showed me: it was terrible. Soggy, and plain tasteless donut. It is like the cheapest ingredients and no quality control now. I am sorry that I even gave this place another chance despite...
