The lower falls is directly below the main lookout platform in the park. Getting there is a rather tough hike, there are two ways to get there. The first being the blue blaze Bruce Trail side trail going down the mountain to the main trail then following the tracks back to the valley. The other way is an unmarked trail just to the right of the platform, this trail is dangerous on a good day as it rides the very edge of the ridge all the way down. Either way you go the reward is pretty good, especially if u hike the trail up past the lower falls and into the deep gorge of the main falls. Spectacular views from the bottom.
