I ordered 4 candles the other day online. I was curious about these candles. After placing my order, I saw that I could buy a confetti scoop and was bummed. Then I recieved a call from the store about my order. I asked the girl if I could add the confetti scoop to this order and she said yes, put it through with my credit card and told me that I should have my order in a day or so. I was actually surprised that it would be so quick. I got my order today. I am beyond thrilled with what I recieved. The candles smell beautiful. And my free mothers day scoop is different gems that I haven't seen before. And there was quite a few in there. My confetti scoop was a nice surprise. A bunch of different stones I didn't have. Plus I was sent a free gift for myself and my friend, because we said we would take a trip out to the store! It was 2 generous sized stones! And a thank you note! I thought that was really nice that they did that. I just placed another order because they made my day! Definitely check this store out. The service was beyond amazing! Thank you to the staff! Amazing hidden gem - my only complaint is that I didn’t find them sooner. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Melissa, who was extremely kind, patient and helpful. She dropped what she was doing to walk me over to some options for a gift. All of the workers have great customer service, and they seem to be the type of assisting if you need, but also giving your own space to explore. Shoutout to Ariel as well for being personable and also assisting with questions I had. Was even happier to find out that this was a small family business I was supporting! Amazing variety and prices, I’ve been to many crystal stores and this by far had the most inventory - even some crystals I haven’t seen before.
