October 6 around 20:00 p.m: store is a bit messy, boxes everywhere. They [a girl and the owner, a guy in his 60s] serve you on a side window. The girl is closing her cash register, her hands in dirty money and coins (!). She doesnât wash her hands and serve cones, touchinâ âem with her fingers in one hand while having the EMV reader in the other hand, not desinfecting the terminal between clients⊠(!!!). Moreover, the owner makes ice cream cakes filling the molds with his fingers grabbing the inside of the mold (!).
Oups! Some ice cream over the side of the mold, no worry: the owner swipes the overflowing filling with a finger and licks it! Eww!
On top of it, I had a sundae with half-melted ice cream.

Meaning half the quantity of the first ingredients and half the quantity of the second, and they want to charge you extra for what???? Well itâs too bad that long time clients like myself will now HAVE TO GO ELSEWHERE TO GET THEIR TREATS! Oh and when you tell them that they will lose you, they say « thatâs your choice » yup damn right it is! I do not recommend this place anymore to anyone Very disappointing to...

I would say the best thing is they have seats outdoor, which is great to meet your friends during the summer. I'm from Laval-des-Rapides and during my teenage years, I used to go there with my friends. I still do that sometimes. Cons: they only accept cash, so bring a $20...
