Best pizza… but worst service ever… the receptionist that took the order had no respect for customer service. I don’t know what the owner told her to do when they give the wrong order but it seems there’s no procedures in place. She told me (its not my fault. I can’t do anything) I don’t even know if the restaurant knows what consumer rights are because apparently when you receive the wrong order, the only thing they can offer you is a 5$ credit on your next visit for a 35$ order (what a joke!!). She continued arguing with us that she couldn’t do anything more than that and even says that we probably didn’t say the right order on the phone and basically returns the blame on us, which is false because our order is well written on the receipt , its the cooks that got it wrong. After arguing for 15min with her saying she ruined our dinner plans and that we need the original order delivered to us immediately, she caved but obviously with the worst attitude given to me by any company thus far. Ive been ordering food from different restaurants during the COVID-19 pandemic and when an error occurs they always refuse to take back the food for the health and safety of future clients and the staff and give the right order immediately. Used to be a great place. Just got there at 20h4, was told they closed at 20h30 because of covid. Everywhere it says 21h30.

Owner was smoking at the counter, they ignore me for 5 min until someone else enter and they rudely told us they are close.

They could update there website, put a message on there message box, update Google, whatever. Both doors where fully open, even the open sign was lit.

I know there's a new management for sometime now, and I really don't like how it has become. It used to be a good place, but not so much.

Im afraid how clean this place is with the owner or chef smoking behind the counter at the bar, which is totally illegal. What else is hidden in the kitchen.
