Pizzeria Cartier — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

As a first time customer, I'd say that the pizzas are okay! They're not stingy on the toppings. However, overpriced for the quality! When I ordered, I asked to replace the ham with ground beef, and whoever picked up the phone seemed like he didn't want to do it! I had to repeat my order 4 to 5 times to make sure it was clear! Long delivery, yet I live literally 5 minutes away (I was feeling lazy to drive)... I still wanted to tip the driver as it's probably not his fault. He handed me the machine, I pressed on the 15% option and the button wasn't working, he took it and tried, it worked, so I paid to later realize that he presses the 20% option. So I got conned by the driver... Talking about doing good in the world... Anyway, not the worse experience but pretty close, never ordering from there again. I don't think it really matters to the owners whether they lose a client or not... I've read some of the reviews, and no feedback what so ever from their administration to address any issues..

Just wanted to share my experience if it can help anyone before ordering...

I walked in and politely asked if anyone spoke English, just to make sure I could communicate my order clearly because I knew in Montreal a lot of people only speak French. Instead of a simple answer, the man who was cooking food on the side responded with unnecessary rudeness. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. It’s one thing to say no or redirect politely — but the attitude was completely uncalled for. Customer service should be about respect, regardless of language barriers. I can’t review the food because after my experience I walked out and no longer wanted...

It's been a long time since we've had a solid Greek style pizza. A lot of the go to places have cut back on the ingredients so our experience at Cartier pizza was a breath of fresh air.

My friend ordered the sub and when he broke off a piece of it, there was actually a cheese pull.

I know restaurants are struggling but I know for my friends and me, we'll pay more for the quality. Price is more than fair and Papa (the owner) was on the ball with us. This will be my go to place for pizza from now on even though we don't...
