Levy Pools Ltd — Local services in Lower Sackville

I had a very difficult time to get Levy to look at my pool. I understand they are busy, but it took weeks to get them to look at it.

When they finally did look at it, they were not able to actually find the leak. They thought they found a crack inside the threading of my skimmer, but the leak still persisted. To “fix” the skimmer, they put water weld inside the threading to the point that I am unable to screw in my winter pool plug more than half a turn thus I am unable to properly winterize my skimmer. I had to get another pool company to look at my pool who found the issue...

I've never owned a pool before and just bought a house that can with one. I scheduled a pool opening with Levy's to make sure everything was setup correctly. When they came for the pool opening, they didn't install the pool ladder and charged me an additional $80 for materials. I was home the entire day and not once was I told that additional materials were needed. Really an under handed way to get more money on an already over priced service. Levy Pools completely screwed up my opening. I had booked in for “swim-ready” months ahead of schedule and they never properly logged the request and thought all I was looking for was an opening.
