Went to the “Simply Queen” show last night, the band was pretty good, the venue is nice and intimate and the sound is great! not really a bad seat in the house, but what ruined the night was an aggressive employee that would knock peoples phones out of their hands if she saw them using it, And while this didn’t happen to me personally, she was causing disruptions! I sure hope in this day and age you train your employees to not touch peoples private property? I also didn’t see any phone or camera policy on the ticket or website?? Also there were children there misbehaving and mocking the band, but Nothing was said or done about this. Don’t get me wrong it’s a beautiful venue, perfect for anyone going to enjoy a sit down performance to watch. Not so much a high energy country concert. Bought front row tickets to see Meghan Patrick and ended up watching people dance in front of me. Couldn’t see anything the entire time. A crowd of people from the seats behind got up and stood in front of everyone else. Staff there didn’t care or do anything about it. Not the type of venue to have people get up and dance. Staff should have done a better job (or anything for that matter) to tell people to sit down. Don’t recommend going here if you are the type of person to get up during a concert. A theatre isn’t meant for people to get up and stand!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed, terrible experience, thank you...

The hall was rented for a wedding and while the venue is beautiful, the service was certainly lacking. We rented the linen package as well as the full place setting package. When we sat down for the reception dinner, there were no cloth napkins, no salt and pepper and no water jugs on the tables. When this was addressed, we were advised "we didn't ask for napkins" What kind of venue does not supply cloth napkins with the linen package? And as experts in events, why did they not ask if napkins were required allowing cloth napkins to be rented. The rest of our concerns were simply "pass the buck" blaming the caterer.
