7090 Kennedy Road : My family always loved the chocolates and deals here. I am specifically posting this for the customer service I received from one lady at the reception. It has been 3 times in a row that I visited this place and this lady being rude. Last two times we just let it go thinking that she might be having a bad day. But this cannot be tolerated and doesn’t feel like coming back just because of just one person. Would like to mention that all other employees have been sweet and well mannered towards us except this one lady who would never smile, would not give any eye contact and would answer rudely for any questions. I had already signed up recently and is a lindt member. The girl at entrance was really sweet and said if you are already a member the people at the reception can help out with the 10% discount code. Anyway I tried to scan the QR code because I really wanted to do my part rather than bothering the people at the reception. However when I scanned it gave me the message that I am already a member. Now I went back to the reception and said that I had already completed this process in October. This particular lady didn’t even bother what I said and asked me to go back and scan. I was feeling bad about all the conversations that had previously happened and that was currently happening but I still went back and tried and got the same message when I scanned. I am not sure whether this is some kind of hatred towards specific group of people or just general attitude but I was totally disappointed. Then I sent my daughter again and she might have understood that I am disappointed and then she checked the system. Why should a human being be so unkind to another one. After all we are your customers visiting often and always polite and respectful towards everyone there. So sad that this happened several times. There is a limit to tolerance for this type of behaviour. How many times can they be expected to be forgiven. Learn to respect others please. Extremely upset. I wish there was another location . Read moreDo NOT get the knafeh chocolate bar from here, this company is cheating their customers. There is barely any filling inside and it was super dry. The knafeh pistachio filling inside was so thin I couldn’t taste it. It was like eating a plain chocolate bar and the quality of the chocolate was bad, tastes like wax. And the size of the bar was super small compared to the size they show on the website. They are trying to take advantage of the viral knafeh chocolate bar trend and cheat their customers by overcharging for a super small bar of chocolate. The pictures and description they have on their website is false advertising and the bar in real life does not look like that at all. They are cheating their customers.
My order was placed as soon as I ordered but I had to email multiple times till they actually shipped it out. I paid $15 for fedex express shipping which was suppose to arrive in 2 days and the bar arrived over a week later through a different delivery service than I what I paid for. This is very poor customer service and the biggest problem is continuing to do this to all their customers even after receiving feedback.

They told me they would “ship it today, and you’ll have it by the end of the week”. Well I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for an order that was meant to be here over a week ago. Reading other reviews now, the incompetency when it comes to shipping is obvious and it is obviously not a priority. Why are you guys putting advertisements across social media if you can’t handle the amount of orders and demand that you’re getting? Severely disappointed, they were supposed to be a gift and it’s obvious I’m not getting it anytime soon and that a refund on a $50 order is going to be practically impossible.
