Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississauga

I am deeply disappointed with the MORNING SHIFT staff. My friend and I visited around 8:15 AM today (Friday, September 27), and encountered a hijab-clad employee who interrupted us before we could even place our order, as if she was deciding what we're gonna eat for us. The line behind us was short, yet a PUNJABI lady (rudest aunty alert y'all) in the back loudly demanded to know what we wanted. "What do they want?" in the worst facial expressions possible. The entire situation made us incredibly uncomfortable, and to top it off, they messed up our order and then blamed us for it.

It's disheartening that they couldn't allow us to order in peace before preparing our food. After reluctantly accepting what they gave us, they had the audacity to shout disrespectful remarks as we were leaving, in front of all the people there. This experience was the worst I've ever had.

Please train your morning staff in basic customer service manners or better yet, consider...

Hii, i went yesterday to this location in between 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Two ladies were working there. One was preparing order for customer. One was talking at back and the one was preparing order she was also so slow. Within 8-10 minutes there was 4-5 customers were in line. I called her .even person behind me called her that we are waiting for coffe. Both of them ignored us. Then she came at counter and showing attitude. She said you can come this side, last customer was still their . He had some belongings on that counter. I told this counter is empty you can take order here. She said no i will take order only this side. I asked her you are two one can serve other customers. She said no she is busy at back. She was lying. Both of both don’t want to take order. I went to the restaurant, they have a chart for the bagels they carry, and accordingly I asked for two 12 grain, Employee said, they are out, thn I asked everything and sesame, they were out of these bagels too. I asked her please give Jalapeños but I asked her to charge me for regular bagels because its not my fault that they are out of all regular price bagel, She said “ go to other tim”.
