Mega Warehouse Sale @Derry and Kennedy — Local services in Mississauga

Pathetic service, we ordered 2 cycles assembled. Over charged 100$ for assembly, then wasted 8days and we went to store 4 times keeps on bluffing about the cycle some times says no air in cycle, sometimes the brake doesn’t work. They did not assemble 1 cycle and offered demo piece, which they denied to give for another 4 days. On our 3rd visit said they will deliver, bluffed about that too no delivery done. Had to visit again and wasted another one hour where no cycle was given, owner param has no credibility as he offered delivery which was never done and there excuse that store is busy what about our time? We are free? He was very rude and doesn’t know how to do customer service ,staff has no integrity whatsoever. Whatever you do don’t do business with them don’t buy anything this is the worse store and worse people! Big red flag!!don’t fall for cheap products.prices are not cheap...

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Unprofessional and Rude I had one of the worst customer service experiences with a cosmetic & perfume sales rep who was not only unhelpful but downright disrespectful. Instead of offering assistance or product knowledge, he came across as dismissive and arrogant throughout the interaction. What made it even worse was the way he spoke to me—condescending and insulting, as if he was doing me a favor by even talking. It was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No customer deserves to be treated that way, especially in a setting where respect and courtesy should come standard. I walked away feeling embarrassed and frustrated.
