This hotel is dated, has issues at every turn and management refuses to take ownership. (Individual named Kumar) My family and I checked in last week for a 4 night stay and upon arrival, upgraded our stay to the Govenor's suite for an additional cost. A multi level 2 bedroom suite with 3 bathrooms. 1) Upon checking in, the hotel room floors were extremely dirty, and we had to have housekeeping come in and reclean the floors. The floors were sticky, and it seemed as if there was alcohol or some sticky liquids spilt prior to us arriving and never cleaned. 2) One of the showers on the upstairs level will only give out either extremely hot or extremely cold water. The maintenance individual let us know that there is an issue with the faucet, and it needs to be replaced. If I am paying full price for the room and pay an upgrade fee for the Govenors suite, I expect everything to be in working order. I am now down 1 bathroom. 3) You cannot take a shower in the one working bathroom upstairs, without water leaking through the ceiling in the main floor bathroom. This is completely unacceptable, not to mention disgusting. Once again, the maintenance person let us know that there is a plumbing issue, and he would not be able to fix it. He also agreed that it is disgusting. I am now down 2 bathrooms. For the amount of time maintenance was in our room, we should have charged him as a guest. 4) There is a severe lack of parking. If I am staying at the hotel, there should be sufficient parking spots to accommodate hotel guests. We had to park across the street on several occasions. 5) On our last night there was a man and a woman trying to get into our room at 1230am. We called the front desk, and they called us back and let us know that the individuals were escorted out of the building. We have small children with us, we did not feel safe staying somewhere where there are people trying to break into our rooms. There is definitely some shady activity going down at this hotel. 6) Do not be fooled by the pictures of the pool area. The pool is dirty, the sauna does not work and the steam room is filthy and has an unsettling smell. 7) There is a continental breakfast, however the coffee machine did not work for 2 out of the 4 days of our stay. 6) Holes in the wall of their so called most prestigious room. We have went back and forth with hotel management, and it seems as they are trying to sweep this all under the rug. If you pay full price for the hotel, the facilities and services should reflect the same. Their solution to make things right? A credit of half a nights stay or some points for us to stay with them again. What a complete joke. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you have small children. **further pictures and images to follow **

Came here for our wedding anniversary. I booked the Whirlpool Premium Suite as it showed well online. I was not disappointed. We managed to get a parking spot at the front of the hotel which is rare. The concierge at the Front Desk was pleasant and checked us in fairly fast. I also called in advance and asked the restaurant to prepare a surprise to be delivered to the room upon arrival for my husband. Red wine and chocolate covered strawberries. This showed up to the room ten minutes after check in with an additional bag of chocolate. It was perfect timing and the gentleman who brought it to the room asked if we needed anything else rather than dropping and leaving which to me is great guest service. The room was very spacious and clean. The selling feature for me was the whirlpool. It was huge! It could fit 5 people if you wanted. We had ample space. The only issue was one of the jets was not working, we told the concierge at check out. The bed was quite comfortable as were the pillows. It was a great sleep. A couple of things that were disappointing for the stay. There are two TV's in the room and both are not able to have anything connected to them. We spent about 30 minutes trying to get around the TV so we could connect our laptop or stream with no luck. We ended up watching Netflix on the laptop and not using thing TV at all. There is a beautiful fireplace, however there was no way to turn it on. We called down to the front desk but they didn't know how to and at that point we didn't want anyone coming to the room to figure it out. Lastly the shower pressure was not the greatest nor were the toiletries. We had asked for a late check-out when booking and also when calling to arrange the surprise. Both times we were told the late check-out can be requested at check in. When checking in we were told we cannot get the check out confirmed until the date of check out. The day we checked out we called in the morning and the gentleman said that we can only have it until 12 noon as late fees are automatically charged to the room. No one said anything prior about automatic charges but we were happy for the extra hour. We had a DND sign up and housekeeping knocked on the door at 11 to ask if we were leaving. I used to work at a hotel and when the DND sign is up they should be calling the front desk to see if the guest has a late check out. I would think this is standard but things happen. Regardless of those last points. they would not stop me from coming back. I am definitely going to book here again. I do recommend this hotel in the future for a little local getaway.

Okay, first of all this is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. My family and I had a 4 night reservation and when we arrived things seemed okay, our room was very dusty but we managed through it. The next morning we were greeted with the surprise that the elevators weren’t working and we were on the 6th floor! They told us to take the stairs and the door to the lobby had no handle so we were stuck inside a dark stairwell for 10 minutes where there was no service so we couldn’t call the front desk for assistance. Then, when we finally made it out We asked for room service & when we arrived in the evening the beds were made but they were the same sheets. I know so because i had smudged eye shadow on one of the sheets. The worst part happened that same evening: my husband was laying on the bed i noticed a drop of blood on the white sheets. No one was injured or cut so we were confused until we looked down and saw a BED BUG alive and walking on the white sheets!!! I’ve attached pictures below of the stain and the bug. We ran down stairs with my children who had also found a smudge of blood on their bed. The front desk man was speechless and all he could offer us was extra sheets because his boss wouldn’t pick up the phone. When the boss did pick up the phone they were angry because the employee was calling in the middle of the night. The boss refused to give us a new room at first but they finally gave in after we wouldn’t back down. The new room was just as bad... the beds looked made but the sheets looked slept in and the shower had hair on the walls and dry blood on the side (ew!!!!!). I am speechless and disgusted if I could report this place I would !!!!

This was by far one of the worst experiences we have ever had travelling to a hotel in Toronto by the airport. We had arrived just after 10:40pm from Barbados and we were trying to find airport shuttle to this hotel, (one of the many reasons we booked this, because we were travelling with 9+ luggages from being away more than a month). To our dismay we found the hotel shuttles and they were not listed on the list, nor was the direct phone number to reach out to the hotel on our email or paper IT. We found a number but it continued to disconnect on us, we then found Expedia phone number and they contacted the hotel to let them know that we had arrived and needed a shuttle to which they stated they have never had a shuttle ever and we had to find our own way there. We all were extremely tired from travelling and just wanted to sleep as we only had a layover and were continuing on in the early morning. It costs us out of pocket an additional 130 extra to get a driver there and back the next day. Had the website (Expedia) stated they did NOT have shuttle service we would never had booked here in the first place. But they indicated that they had shuttle services. After getting to the hotel we were greeted by extremely friendly guest services and they were helpful in explaining a few things. Which I have taken into consideration. The check in went quick and smoothly, however our rooms were a complete shock, family of three we stayed in the kind suite. great layout, however when it came time to turn the sofa bed into a place where our son could sleep it was absolutely disgusting to say the least, the mattress was dilapidated and the stains were so disgusting to even say the least. I couldn't stomach it to even take the picture it was disgusting to say the least. Further note there were no bedding or blankets in the room no pillows or anything for this addition. Black out blinds were ok, the hotel rooms were clean as they could be given that they were extremely old and outdated and furniture falling apart. The kind bed was scary because I am not to sure how old the bed was or the one sheet we got on the bed I truly wasn't comfortable here at all to say the least. Upon checking out I did tell the front desk girl about what had been observed and a poor explanation was given. Unfortunately I would never ever recommend such a place ever to anyone no matter what. Our experience here will go down in history for sure. We checked in July 15/16 of this year... I hope that they can do many improvements here to change their ratings because this was not to really even make mention. I reserved not to take photos of this place due to how bad it was and feel that my review will suffice! Oh yeah and the next morning we witnessed a Karen in the car going out yelling blocking and arguing to not end for almost an hour before the police showed up and even then it didn't end. Crazy that the whole entire neighbourhood heard and watched this live...that was our early morning wake...

I was there recently, on April 18th, it was my first time with this hotel, I had joined a (friend/family)party that had checked in earlier in the day. Upon check in, a fella had checked me in and he mentioned the check out date, the time agreed upon was a later check out time, to which he had said yes, a later check out. I thinking that the agreed upon time was set in stone as it was said to be noted in the system. The hotel seemed to be nice, the room was clean, with no issues. However upon observation, I as a customer had noticed my room was not cleaned until the very late afternoons 4-5pm. Even though I had placed the switch on for room service and also spoke to a maid. I was surprised that breakfast was not continental (free) especially for cereal (fruit loops, milk and toast). At the most the hot breakfast could have been free as its not an actual hot breakfast. I paid the $11.90 regardless. Fast forward to check out, April 21, 2025, I had recieved 2-3 text messages for checking out at 11AM. Which was surprising to me as the agreed upon check out, during check in was at 2:00pm-with no mention of added charges for a later check out. I had called the front desk to confirm the later check out to which the lady over the phone mentions to me that this was mentioned to myself upon check in and that she was the one who checked me in on Friday. My reply to her in a calm, cool and collective way is that she was not the person who checked me in. As I had been checked in by a man, upon check in all that was mentioned was the $100 cover for a damage deposit, a later check out and no other added expenses. I was trying to convey to the lady over the phone that she must have me mixed up with someone else but she became adjitated or something because she raised her voice at me over the phone! This I found was very unprofessional with no consideration for the customer, where is the customer service? Or professionalism towards a customer that is trying to recieve clarity?! I had said, this was not mentioned to myself, in which she raised her voice a second to maybe a third time that "I checked you in! And mentioned all this to you when you arrived!) Please unless the man who seemed professional, and pleasant upon check in was actually a mirage, which he was very much real, as he handed me a hotel key and had me sign the paperwork. I did not appreciate being yelled at, first thing in the morning or to be spoken down too as a child, as I am well over a age of consent (adults, need to be spoken with respect and not for a woman to be intimidated!!!!. I only ask for consideration and respect. I mentioned the issue I was having with my party, in which my friend had spoken to the front desk lady only to be mistreated and no explanation with an apology. I and my friend were told we needed to check out at 11Am or we would have to pay extra late fees. All in all, the mis-treatment and unprofessionalism, needs to...
