UPDATE: After leaving this review the owner proceeded to Defame my Character by sending my cousin an email in regards to my review. This review had no hostility and I did not act belligerent I just described what happened during our reservation time. In fact, after my review my cousin and the owner were still in communications on a solution and the owner made it very clear (her response) that I DID NOT PAY for this reservation. I have attached this email to bring awareness of the situation and illustrate how very unprofessional this establishment is. It is very scary that this establishment would go to all this length to slander my name after they made a mistake. It does not matter who made the reservation, the booking was for a party of 4 adults 2 children and 1 infant. The fact that they attacked my character after leaving a review is extremely scary and something everyone should be aware of.

**Since I was told I never paid for this reservation by the company. I'd like to clarify. My Cousin booked this reservation, I gave her half. So I did pay for this. And I do not appreciate how you handle your customer service. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed. Booked a reservation today and no one was there the place wasn't even open. When we reached out to the company they didn't answer there phone, they responded with a text. When we told them we had arrived they said they needed to check with there Staff. Then told us there was a power outage in the morning and there Staff went home and didn't check the reservations. I found it funny how no one else had been to the establishment all day as well. I also thought it was funny how they didn't mention immediately that there was a power outage, you'd think that would be the 1st thing they would say when we asked. No notice on the door, no email absolutely nothing. And the power seemed to be on when we arrived. By the way this reservation was already paid for. The kids were upset. This place could be something great but unfortunately it lacks so much. It’s not messy but dirty. We were the first party of the day and the floor was sticky everywhere. Stains on the tables toilet paper disaster in bathroom and mess in coat room. My friend hosted her daughter’s birthday there and booked the whole place bc we were about 40-50 ppl. Much to her surprise the place was double booked. She had guest drive in from ottawa montreal and gta there was no way we were going to leave. The other family was in the same boat. My friend was approached by other party and told that owner told them to leave. Obviously no person with a heart would tell them to leave their 3 yr olds celebration and guests that’s so rude. So we all partied together and made the best of it. Half the time there my friend kept getting pulled aside to try and resolve the issues with management but in reality she should have been fully refunded for the inconvenience and also the fact that she spent $$$ to get the room decorated but could not use her decorator since the room was occupied by the other party. The amount of money she lost and stress that was put in her was inexcusable. Management did not resolve anything amicably and turned what was supposed to be a happy day into a stressful situation for all parties involved. Including the young staff that had to deal with this in person while the owner sat behind the phone leaving them to figure it out. Disappointing. Appalling. Shady.

While attending a birthday party earlier today, it was incredibly disappointing to hear that my three-year-old’s niece’s birthday party was double booked … understanding that sometimes this happens the way about the manager Lisa handle the situation was just completely appalling disappointing and although this may be a children’s play place, the games played by the manager was appalling.

To give some context of the situation, yes the play place was double booked by two birthday parties … with about 30 people each party…Instead of trying to accommodate both parties, the manager of the place had forced us to leave. When it was left up to both parties to have a joint birthday party as to not ruin the experience for our children, the manager continue to be berating and use her on site employees who, by the way, couldn’t have been older than 16 each to do her dirty work by trying to kick us out … irregardless both family shared the space, like good neighbours…we shared in the experience of our children’s birthday.

….However, the manager didn’t stop there and continued to try to play games by promising returns on deposits for one family, but not the other clearly she was not willing to take a hit to her bottom line.

If you are considering booking this appalling place, please be aware of the games the manager plays … They are very likely to take your deposit double book you and leave you with a memorable experience. Unfortunately, not...
