Sharkville Indoor Playground — Local services in Mississauga

Had a 7th birthday party here and it was amazing! All party bookings are completely private so you have the whole facility for yourselves. Pricing is the best in the city! Very affordable for the amount of people you can invite. They have a toddler area for a safe space for younger kids. This place is new and clean. Booking was very easy online with a $100 deposit. Staff on site was very friendly and approachable. This place will grow in popularity very soon so I would recommend to book months in advance!

You can bring your own decorations, but you don't need much as the place already has an under the sea theme with painted walls throughout. They provide a backdrop stand for an additional cost. Disposable plastic tablecloths are included in the package in limited colours. You have to bring your own food and drinks. There are a lot of pizza places close by that can deliver. They have a fridge where you can store any food or drinks.

Some things to keep in mind. You can't bring your own coffee machine, unfortunately. Remind guests that this is a socks-only facility, meaning even if you are an adult and not playing in the playground structure you still need to wear socks to enter - this is how the place stays clean for our kids. Also, you can't extend the party time beyond 2 hours unless you book the first/last party slot of the day or book another full 2 hour time slot back-to-back.

Overall, extremely happy we found this place. So much fun for the kids. Safe, private, clean, new, very affordable and high guest limit. Will be booking again for future parties very soon! The low number of reviews at this point is just because it's a newer place. Trust me you will not regret checking this place out!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel I have to. We had a birthday party planned for our son tomorrow. Unfortunately, just yesterday, we were informed that 3 out of the 6 invited kids won’t be able to attend-leaving only 3 children, including the birthday boy himself.

We are aware of the policy that the deposit is non-refundable and it’s quite a large deposit. Still, we kindly asked if we could reschedule the party for another day. We also offered to still come tomorrow (since it is his actual birthday) and just pay for each child as a regular play day, or alternatively, to apply the $100 deposit toward tomorrow’s play time for the kids.

The staff/management/owner were completely unwilling to work with us or offer any solution. It’s very clear that for them, it’s all just about the money. There was absolutely no effort to meet us halfway, even though the request was reasonable. We visit many play centers, and this is the first time we’ve been treated this way. This will definitely be our first and last visit here. The party hasn’t even happened yet, but they’ve already left a very bad impression.

Yesterday, we had an absolutely fantastic homeschool trip to Sharkville Indoor Playground, and it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all the kids.

The playground itself is a dream come true for active children—spacious, clean, and packed with exciting play structures, slides, climbing areas, and imaginative zones.The staff was supportive, and the setup allowed for both structured play and social interaction, making it a great space for kids to bond and develop their motor skills.
