I cannot recommend this place enough. Very helpful staff, willing to get you anything you need.

The only thing that they can be accused of is being too helpful. Ordered pig cheeks for guanciale and they took out all the fat and glands and I was left with little nuggets of meat. Made and excellent braise, but not what I was going for. Other time I wanted a whole hind leg to cure as a ham, but it was cut in two. Fantastic fresh baked Tourtière and the crust was delightfully flaky and so delicious when out of the oven cooling off on the spot just before lunch time on a Saturday. Service here is friendly and excellent! I have now tried their wild meat pie ("gibier") and the curry raisin sausage. Both are delicious! I still haven't tried yet my other purchases of the pate and duck hearts. Got good tips from the butcher on cooking the duck hearts in a pan with butter, salt, pepper and garlic.
