This used to be my barber for 20 years. Since covid, their customer service went downhill. There is an alarming lack of professionalism, don’t ignore the low star Reviews. As I rarely even comment myself and have been faithful to my appointments they have reached a point that is extremely disappointing. Very poor organization skills, you cannot have a haircut properly without your barber constantly being interrupted and prioritizing booking other clients leaving you to wait unnecessarily long period of time. When you make a comment or request a closer attention to what you ask for, they dismiss your own personal judgment and put the fault on the “mirror”, not even taking the time to understand or acknowledge it ?! How dare you brush off your clientele needs and use a lame excuse as such. Their late policy is even stricter than a doctor office and let along their dismissive tone obviously reflecting their lack of confidence. It is truly shameful and make it seems as if current clients are of no value. I think of Danni especially; even some of my relative members were his client. I am very disappointed with the attitude of the people over here... Today I took an appointed for haircut at 11.30, sice these guys only accept cash I had to take it from the ATM. So I became 7 mins late & by the time I reach there 3 guys were already taking care of there customer. One guy ask about the appointment and my name. They made me wait for 1 hour, if there is priority for "certain conmunity", there should be a information board in front of the saloon about that. This is not the way to treat a customer. Everybody's time have its value, poor kind of behavior from the saloon. If am late, should have told I am late rather than making me wait for 1 hour over there..
