If you are looking for an exceptional dining experience, I highly recommend this restaurant. The moment I stepped in, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the establishment. It was evident that the staff takes great care in maintaining the premises, which further amplified my anticipation for the meal.

Speaking of the staff, they truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and appreciated. From the warm greeting upon arrival to the attentive service throughout the meal, I felt like a valued guest every step of the way. But let's get to the real star of the show: the food. I cannot express enough how amazing the salmon was. It was cooked to perfection, with a crisp exterior and moist, flavorful flesh. The accompaniments on the plate were also expertly prepared and complemented the fish in every way. It was evident that a great deal of care and skill went into every aspect of the dish, from the ingredients to the presentation.

We saw a review of this restaurant on TikTok video. The person convinced us to try it by his comments and pictures of the pizza and pasta . We were willing to travel about 30 minutes from home to sample it and it was all worth it!

We started by sharing a cesar salad with homemade vinaigrette and crispy pancetta.

We were in the mood for pizza. All pizza are individual size. I ordered the Toscana (sweet tomato sauce, arugula, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, fiore di latte, parmesan petals and balsamic reduction). Are you salivating yet? Wait!

My husband had the Carnivore (tomato sauce, mozzarella, pancetta, pepperoni, italian sausage, and italian cooked ham. Another homerun!

The dough was perfectly baked. They also have gluten- free dough.

Busy restaurant. The service was great.

It's a small restaurant, so if you are planning to give it a try like we did, it's recommended to reserve ahead of time.

I had the chance to eat at some amazing italian restaurants in Canada and in Italy and unfortunately it does not come close. They do a legitimate attempt at recreating authentic Italian food, like they really do try, but it feels like the dishes are prepared by amateur homecooks, the balance of flavors and textures is just not there at all in comparison. Its good compared to cheap Canadian chains like Mikes (and that's probably why they got so many great reviews, they're the only Italian place for miles around that really tries to cook authentically with fresh ingredients), but compared to the real thing it's just not there at all. Also, it's on the expensive side. It's worth it when the dishes are well executed... But I wouldn't pay that price again for these dishes.
