Went on a Sunday and a very unwelcoming woman attended the store alone that day. I greeted myself and pretty much had to budge for info. It was my first time going to this store and was recommended by a good friend saying that the owner was amazing! Unfortunately he wasn't there. She was not friendly, not welcoming, seemed to be quite unhappy with her job. Was not informative at all and I personally did not know where to start. We left leaving for another Coins des coureurs near marche central where the manager at that location apologised and more precisely helped with my search! I called the store before going and spoke to Kayleigh on the phone. She was super helpful and answered all my questions. When I arrived, I was greeted by her and she gave me an assessment for the right fit of running shoes. She was so helpful and patient. She suggested a few running shoes to try on but I couldn’t decide on one model since I’m new to running. So she was so kind and brought me out 6 different pairs of shoes to try on. In between customers, she would continuously check up on me and always asked how I was doing. In the end, I finally decided on a pair she brought out and I’m happy with my purchase.
